TITLE; Like A Bridge Over Troubled Water, I Will Lay Me Down
DESCRIPTION; You gain a Brief on one of the Roads.

BASIC EFFECT; You gain a Brief on one of the Roads.
MAXIMUM EFFECT; You gain a Brief on one of the Roads. Until end of Event, the Shard may pass over the Road as if it was fixed.

USING BLUEPRINTS;
At minimum, the Blueprint's Required to Build Cost must be met. The creator must then perform a minimum five minute ceremony where the desired Blueprint is built; this can take the form of any related applicable roleplay. Others can be directly involved in the ceremony to lower it's cost.
~ A Blueprint also has a Temporary Build for half price. This device only lasts 1 Event.
* For Each Scribed involved, reduce the cost by 5.
* For each Codex containing Mocker's Blueprints, reduce the cost by 5.
* For each Tool being used, reduce the cost by 5.
* For each Smith singing as part of the building, reduce the cost by 10.
* For each additional Singer, reduce the Cost by 2.
* For each additional other helper, reduce the cost by 1.
* If the building exceeds 10 minutes, reduce the cost by 20.
~ The minimum cost can never be lowered below 5 Scrap.
* It is possible to build a Blueprint you don't own. The same rules apply.

Until you are reduced to 0 Hits again, you are incandescent with rage; you will attack anyone in your way indiscriminately. When you are again educed to zero Hits, you lose all unused SEVER & RESIST calls.

~ARENA - GLADIATOR'S IRE
You can call SEVER with a weapon once per Event.
If someone is unconscious, through 1 minute roleplay, you may execute them.

MAXIMUM EFFECT; The Target gains five Temporary calls pEvent til end of Event.

TITLE; Get Out Of My House
DESCRIPTION; The Target gains uses of Fear and Resists. The choice is the Singer's.

The Memories created are not personal to any Sleeper.

BASIC EFFECT; Everyone on The Realm / Road is affected by Emotion from the Bag, chosen by the GM.
MAXIMUM EFFECT; Everyone on The Realm / Road is affected by All Emotions from the Bag.

TITLE; It Takes Strength To Be Gentle & Kind
DESCRIPTION; Turns every Memory in a bag of any amount of Memory into Hopes. The bag, or container, must be in your hand.
The Hopex created are not personal to any Sleeper.
MINIMUM COST; 30 Emotion
BASIC EFFECT; Turns every 1 Memory into 1 Hope, to a maximum of 1 Hope.
MAXIMUM EFFECT; Turns every 1 Memory into 1 Hope, to a maximum of 3 Hopes.

TITLE; Reach Out, Touch Faith
DESCRIPTION; Grab the attention of a Patron, a powerful being, linked to a personal Realm or a Realm you have the Brief for. Only certain beings may be Patrons. You may attempt to gain the attention of a specific being. The target of it's attention does not need to be you.
MINIMUM COST; 3 Emotion
BASIC EFFECT; The being knows who the target is.
MAXIMUM EFFECT; The Target gains the being's Mark, and is healed to full Hits.

TITLE; If I Only Could, I'd Make A Deal With God
DESCRIPTION; You call a Patron to help or hinder a target with that Patron's Mark.
The Patron, if powerful enough, is not bound to honour the motive of your call. If they favour a target you ask to hinder, they may help them, and vice versa.
MINIMUM COST; 3 Emotion
BASIC EFFECT; The target is hit with STUN!, or healed to full Hits.
MAXIMUM EFFECT; The target is hit with BLAST!, or they gain a permanent Hit, DODGE, combat call, etc.

TITLE; There Is No True Escape, I'm Watching All The Time
DESCRIPTION; You view a Realm through the eyes of a Patron who you share a Mark with.
You may look at any of your personal Realms, or any Realms your Patron has access to.
MINIMUM COST; 5 Emotion
BASIC EFFECT; You may view 1 Realm for 1 Minute. You cannot take notes.
MAXIMUM EFFECT; You may view any number of relevant Realms for 5 Minutes. You may take notes.

TITLE; Has He Lost His Mind? Can He See Or Is He Blind?
DESCRIPTION; You summon an avatar of your Patron to one of your Personal Realms, the Shard's current Realm, your Patron's Realm, or a Road linked to one of the above.
MINIMUM COST; 25 Emotion
BASIC EFFECT;  The Avatar is berserk, and won't listen to you. It will only last this Event.
MAXIMUM EFFECT; The Avatar follows the commands in the Song, and any you personally give to it. It lasts indefinitely until destroyed.

TITLE; Go Into The Garden, Go Under The Ivy
DESCRIPTION; You open the way for a Patron you or a target share the Mark of, to a new Realm.
MINIMUM COST; 25 Emotion
BASIC EFFECT; They become aware of other Realms.
MAXIMUM EFFECT; They exist in the new Realm. They will almost certainly reward you.
